Bipia is an artisanal production company that has been making Espelette chilli products in Larressore since 1997. Most of the production operations are carried out by hand. Bipia offers a range of products without coloring, without additives, and without preservatives, of which a part has been organic for about ten years. It consists of sauces, condiments, spreads and cooked vegetables.
We offer guided tours of the cannery several times a week in July and August, and by appointment for groups outside these periods. An area dedicated to self-guided tours, including a mini-exhibition on chilli peppers, is always available. Bipia favours good, beautiful and local products, delighting the taste buds and sharing the love of its region.
