10 minutes from Saint Jean Pied de Port, the Bordatto estate is located in the village of Jaxu. In the heart of the Basque mountains, you will discover a producer of wine in the Irouleguy appellation, cider and apple juice. We work in organic agriculture.
Our estate is open every afternoon during school holidays and the rest of the year we welcome you by reservation: reception and tasting at the farmer's bistro. You will discover our trade and our know-how, a children's corner is arranged.
