10 minutes from Hasparren and the listed village of La Bastide Clairence, Anne Rozès' canning factory is located in the village of Briscous near the motorway
Since 1970, the Anne Rozès cannery transforms into delicious preserves everything that can be cooked from duck and pork, such as foie gras, duck rillons, Espelette pepper pate, and the famous black pudding according to Christian Parra's recipe. You will also find the cooked vegetables that have made our reputation throughout the south-west and far beyond, in delicatessens and starred restaurants. Come and discover our piperade, our garbure and our jams that will delight gourmets. Visit of the workshop by appointment.
