Train Touristique du Lac d'Artouste

Opening from May 18 to October 1, 2023.
Located in the Atlantic Pyrenees in the mountainous area of the Bearn region in the heart of the Ossau Valley, towards Spain, Col du Pourtalet, this train was created in 1922 to access the construction site of the Artouste dam.
Today, it offers an unforgettable excursion at an altitude of nearly 2000 m with magnificent landscapes and easy access for all.
The excursion includes the gondola lift and the train to and from the dam and a stop at the Artouste lake (1h20).
Ask about the different formulas: discovery train, escapade, camper.
Schedules vary in low and high season. Reservation recommended.
