Built in 1745, Maison Eskualduna has always been in the family. Today, the third and fourth generations perpetuate the art of good hospitality. Conviviality, simplicity and respect for products are our motto. Menus and a la carte menus feature specialties such as salmis de palombes, piperade and coquilles Saint-Jacques aux cèpes. The restaurant has been completely renovated.
